The right to cast a private ballot and to seek assistance to do so.

Voters with a disability will have access to machine, a paper ballot or assistance at the polls that ensures they can cast a private ballot. I f you cannot get inside the polling place because it is not handicapped accessible, two precinct workers will bring a ballot to your vehicle. They may also help you mark the ballot, but only if you ask them. You don't have to tell anyone ahead of time that you will need to vote in your car, but you may want to call ahead or bring someone with you to tell the precinct workers that you need to vote in your car.
