Each course is built on time tested instructional methods developed over decades of training by LCT's course authors.
Each course begins with a real life scenario presented via video or text. We increase employee comprehension by introducing memorable characters as they are in their work environment. We then present key points of the subject in the context of the characters and their behaviors. Each lesson is presented via text, pop up screens, “lesson learned windows,” through customized case studies and tests . The case studies present the key materials as they arise in the employees regular work day.
We then test the employees' comprehension of the material. Each one is allowed to take the tests two times with a passing grade set by you.

All courses are supported with a rich resource section containing “ frequently asked questions (FAQs) ”, glossary of terms, conference discussions , manuals and videos and other devices that encourage interactivity – the key to on line learning.
- Frequently Asked Questions: answers the basic questions employees need to know to improve comprehension of the material.
- Glossary of Terms: provide easy reference to key terms; another key to improved comprehension.
- Manuals: provide more detailed discussion of the materials and more case studies how these issues arise in the workplace.
- Videos: provide alternative means for delivering content.
Conference discussions: provide opportunity for employees to ask questions and are part of our 24/7 support system.
